Production & Shipping Timeline Each lamp is entirely handmade and crafted to order. The moment your order is placed, production begins immediately. Due to the handmade nature of our products, please allow 40–60 working daysfrom the date of your order for your item to be shipped out. This timeline is clearly stated on our website and is acknowledged at the time of purchase.

Please Note: 40–60 working days does not include weekends or public holidays. This is production time only — transit time will vary depending on your location once the order has shipped.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow some time for tracking updates to reflect after your confirmation is received.

Delays As each lamp is made entirely by hand, delays may occasionally occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding. If you have concerns about your order status, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
