All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances once an order has been placed.

The moment your order is submitted, we begin the production process immediately. Each lamp is entirely handmade and crafted to order, which means materials are sourced and work begins right away. Due to the handmade nature of our products, please allow 40–60 working days for your order to be shipped out. This timeline is clearly stated on our website and is acknowledged at the time of purchase.

We are a small, dedicated team that puts significant time, effort, and materials into every single lamp we create. Because production begins immediately upon ordering, we are unable to accommodate refund or cancellation requests at any stage of the process.

By completing your purchase, you agree to and acknowledge our no-refund policy and the 40–60 working day production and shipping timeline.
